Order Acceptance:

• CSTechContracting.com strives to respond to service requests within a specified timeframe. However, the company cannot be held liable for any damage occurring during this response period.

Payment and Charges:

• Payments can be made through various methods, including credit cards, debit cards, or cash upon delivery.
• By providing payment information, you authorize us or our third-party processors to process transactions using that information.
• Inaccurate information provided may result in adjustments to service fees.
• Electronic invoices will be sent to the email address provided.

Order Cancellation:

• Orders can be cancelled up to 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time.
• Failure to make payment within the specified timeframe may result in automatic cancellation.
• Providing essential information is necessary to avoid order cancellation.

Order/Service Delivery:

• Any applicable delivery charges will be communicated during the order placement process.
• Delays in service delivery due to factors beyond our control will be promptly communicated to you.

Supplies:

• CSTechContracting.com and its partners provide necessary supplies for the service.
• In case of supply unavailability, potential delays in service delivery will be communicated.
• Additional charges may apply for supplies or equipment not readily available within the UAE.

Refund:

• Full payment refunds are possible if an order is cancelled at least 24 hours before the scheduled time.
• Refund processing times vary depending on the payment method used.

Liability for Losses:

• Property owners or their representatives must supervise service delivery. CSTechContracting.com is not liable for any interference, misplacement, or theft if no evidence implicating our representatives is found after investigation.

Equipment/System Malfunction:

• Malfunctions not proven to be a result of our representative's work are not CSTechContracting.com's responsibility.
• Declined equipment replacements may result in subsequent damage not being our responsibility.

Safety Coverage:

• Charges for scaffold or lifting equipment usage, beyond standard ladders, will be added unless included in the contract fee. The client must ensure clear access for such equipment.

Maintenance Contracts with CSTechContracting.com:

• Contracts will be renewed upon confirmation one month before expiration.
• Advance payments apply based on the chosen payment plan.
• Delayed settlement of invoice charges may lead to service suspension or discontinuation.
• All client callouts within the contract period will be attended to.
• Executive contracts permit unlimited emergency callouts.
• Cancellation of long-term contracts requires 30-day notice; 80% refund if notice is given in advance.
• Post-contract expiration, any damage or malfunction isn't CSTechContracting.com's responsibility.
